General:

Q: What is the schedule for the ISU World Figure Skating Championships 2026?

A: Official Practice will take place on Tuesday 24 March. The competitions will run from Wednesday, 25 March to Saturday, 28 March (Wednesday: Women – Short Program and Pair Skating – Short Program; Thursday: Men – Short Program and Pair Skatng – Free Skating; Friday: Ice Dance – Rhythm Dance and Women – Free Skating; Saturday: Men – Free Skating and Ice Dance – Free Dance) and the Exhibition will take place on Sunday, 29 March.

 

Q: When will official ticket sales begin?

A: Public ticket sales are scheduled to start on Thursday, 29 May at 10:00 CET

 

Q: Where can I purchase tickets?

A: Tickets will only be available through the official ticket operators Ticketportal and Ticketmaster. Full ticketing information is available on the official event website: www.prague2026.org, under the Schedule and Tickets section.

 

Pre-sale:

Q: What is a pre-sale, and how can I take part?

A: Anyone who signs up for the official newsletter at prague2026.org by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, 20 May will have the chance to purchase tickets 48 hours before the general sale begins. All registered users will receive a unique code that allows them to participate in the pre-sale.

 

Q: When does the pre-sale take place, and through which ticket operator?

A: The pre-sale begins on Monday, 26 May at 10:00 CET, exclusively via Ticketportal. All details, including your unique access code, will be sent to you via email.

 

Q: How many tickets can I purchase during the pre-sale?

A: You can purchase up to six single-session tickets for each of the eight sessions and Exhibition, plus up to four All-Event Tickets per transaction.

 

Ticket Types and Pricing:

Q: What types of tickets will be available?

A: For the ISU World Figure Skating Championships 2026, you can choose from All-Event Tickets (covering all events except the Exhibition) and single-session tickets.

 

Q: Can I also buy tickets for the Official Practice sessions?

A:Yes! Tickets for the Official Practice Day on Tuesday, 24 March and for the morning Official Practices on competition days will be available. These tickets will be released at a later date — we recommend checking the official website prague2026.org or following the official social media channels for the latest updates.

 

Q: How many price categories will there be?

A: Tickets at the O2 arena will be available in five price categories:

– Categories 1, 2 and 3 on the 1st floor

– Categories 4 and 5 on the 4th floor

Q: How much do tickets for the ISU World Figure Skating Championships 2026 cost?

 

Q: If I purchase an All-Event Ticket, will I receive just one ticket for the entire championship?

A: No. You will receive separate tickets for each individiual session, as well as for the Official Practice on Tuesday, 24 March.

 

Purchase process:

Q: How much time will I have to complete my purchase through the ticketing system?

A: You will have 15 minutes on Ticketportal and 10 minutes on Ticketmaster to complete your purchase. To buy tickets, you must have an account with the respective ticket provider. We recommend creating your account in advance, although it is also possible to register during the purchase process. Important: Do not refresh or update your shopping cart while purchasing, as this may reset your session and require you to start over, including reselecting your seats.

 

Q: How many tickets can I purchase in one transaction?

A: You can purchase up to six single-session tickets (Ticketportal and Ticketmaster) and up to four All-Event Tickets (Ticketportal only) per transaction.

 

Q: Who can I contact if I experience technical issues with Ticketportal?

VIP Golden Lounge Tickets:

Q: Which ticket providers will be selling VIP Golden Lounge tickets?

A: VIP tickets for all competition sessions will be available during the pre-sale via Ticketportal, and during the public sale via both Ticketportal and Ticketmaster.

 

Q: Is a corporate hospitality programme available, and how can it be purchased?

A: Yes, a corporate programme is available. For more information or to make a purchase, please contact Jiří Mazánek at jiri.mazanek@prague2026.org.

 

Q: If I purchase VIP Golden Lounge tickets, which entrance should I use at the O2 arena?

A: VIP ticket holders must enter the venue through O2 universum (accessible from the Českomoravská Street tram stop). Full entry details will be printed on your ticket.

 

Q: How much do VIP Golden Lounge tickets cost?

A: The price of a VIP Golden Lounge ticket is based on the selected seating category (currently, seats in the second category are on sale) plus CZK 4,490.

 

Accessibility – Persons with Disabilities (PWD):

Q: Will tickets also be available for people with disabilities?

A: Yes, a limited number of tickets for persons with disabilities (PWD) will be available for each competition session, subject to availability.

 

Q: How much does a ticket cost for a person with disabilities?

A: PWD tickets on the 1st floor of the O2 arena are priced according to category 5, with an additional CZK 1 charge for an accompanying person.

 

Other:

Q: Can I buy tickets from sources other than the official ticket operators?

Answer: No. It is strictly prohibited to purchase or resell tickets through any channels other than the official ticket operators.

 

Q: Do children need tickets?

A: Yes. Every attendee, regardless of age, must have their own valid ticket to enter the ISU World Figure Skating Championships 2026.

 

Q: Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show the e-ticket on my phone?

A: You do not need to print your ticket. Showing the e-ticket on your phone is sufficient for entry into the arena.

 

Q: If I have tickets for both sessions on the same day, can I remain in the arena between them?

A: No. All spectators, including those with tickets for the next session, must exit the arena after each session to allow for preparations.
